Dr. Joëlle Marcil
Having completed studies at Université de Montréal in 1983, Dr. Marcil began her professional career with a one-year, multi-disciplinary residency at Hôpital Notre-Dame. She then travelled to Quebec’s far north for three years of service, providing dental care – in oftentimes difficult circumstances – to Indigenous populations. In 1989, she became clinic coordinator for the Department of Surgery at Université de Montréal, where she helped future dentists develop surgical skills and build their confidence.
In addition to her surgical practice (implants, wisdom teeth, grafts, biopsies, etc.), Dr. Marcil treats TMJ, helping to rehabilitate dentition proactively, sustainably and comfortably.
Continuing education
Always engaged in ongoing education, Dr. Joëlle Marcil completed implant training at Institut canadien d’implantologie in 2003. She has also travelled to many countries – including Germany, Austria, the United States and the Dominican Republic – to perfect her skills with leading world dentistry experts like Drs. Misch, Kois, Allen, Salama, Steigmann, Landry and Slavicek. In 2009, she also completed a Master’s Degree in Dental Science at University of Krems in Austria and is currently a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
Dr. Alma Deylami
Dr. Alma Deylami completed her doctorate in dentistry in 2009 at Semmelweis University, located in Budapest, Hungary. Following her arrival in Quebec, she completed her residency at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital of Canada in collaboration with McGill University.
Energized by dentistry from an early age, Dr. Alma Deylami is known for her gentle approach and professionalism, values unanimously recognized by her colleagues and her patients. Dr. Deylami is always on the lookout for the latest technologies and procedures in dentistry, with the goal of providing the best possible service to her patients.
For several years now, Dr. Deylami has distinguished herself through another very complex discipline, cosmetic dentistry, where her experience has led to exceptional results and further bolstered her stellar reputation.
