Intraoral Camera
Barely larger than a pen, the intraoral camera captures clear images of the inside of your mouth. With the magnification and illumination of the camera, the dentist can more easily detect cavities, cracks, broken restorations and many other dental health problems.
In addition to facilitating the diagnosis, the projection of the camera images on our screens allows patients to see the same thing as the dentist, so you can better understand your dental concerns and the necessity of the proposed treatment plan.
Finally, the images from the intraoral camera can be stored in the patient’s electronic dental records. We can then refer to them later or forward them to your insurance company if required for claim approval.
